Over the past years, the Party and the State of Vietnam have issued various policies to promote gender equality and create favorable conditions for women to develop their careers.

The Deputy Minister asked leaders of all public security agencies and units to uphold their awareness of gender equality and women's advancement work.

They should open more training courses to improve gender equality knowledge for leaders, policymakers, and officers in charge of gender equality and women's work while working out detailed plans to implement the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the 2021-2030 period in the Public Security Forces and other relevant programs.
