The Ministry of Public Security officially opened a training course on building the “All People Protecting National Security” movement for in-charge officers, on the morning of May 12, in Hanoi.

Director of the Department of National Security Protection Movement Major General Trang A Tua chaired the opening ceremony of the course.

In his opening remarks, Major General Trang A Tua highlighted that the “All People Protecting National Security” movement has recently developed in a deeper and more comprehensive manner, which has helped mobilize the synergy of the entire political system and all people to participate in preventing, combating and suppressing crimes and social evils, maintaining political stability, and ensuring social order and safety nationwide.

The training course comprises seven key thematic sessions covering new policies and orientations of the Party and State regarding the “All People Protecting National Security” movement, experiences and lessons drawn from the building of the movement as well as a comprehensive concept and nature of the movement.

The course will also aim to equipped the trainees with practical approaches, methods and effective models for promoting the movement at all levels.

During the course, the participating in-charge officers from public security units and agencies nationwide can share information, hands-on experience and effective practices as well as discuss approaches to overcome difficulties and challenges in building the movement in the current context.

The training course is scheduled to take place for seven days, from May 12 to May 18, 2025.
