The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a meeting on March 28 to discuss a plan to celebrate the 60th founding anniversary of the People’s Police Force of Vietnam (July 22, 2962 – 2022).

The event was chaired by Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Chairman of the Steering Committee for the organization of the 60th founding anniversary of the People’s Police Force. The meeting also saw the presence of Major General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee.

At the meeting, delegates discussed also activities within the celebration plan, including the ASEAN+ 2022 Police Music Festival, a national conference on the People’s Police Force and an  exhibition on the People’s Police Force.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc appreciated the determination and effort of all relevant units in the preparation for all events to celebrate the traditional day of the People’s Police Force over the past time.

He also urged the steering committee and relevant units to strictly follow the master plan and complete all necessary preparations for the celebration.
