MPS rolls out Party Central Committee Secretariat’s Conclusions 44 and 45

PSNews - The Central Party Committee of Public Security on August 27 organized a video conference to disseminate the 12th Party Central Committee Secretariat’s Conclusions 44 and 45 on enhancing the implementation of the 11th Party Central Committee Secretariat’s Directives on increasing the Party’s leadership over the movement "All people protecting national security" and the work of maintaining traffic order and safety.

General To Lam, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and Minister of Public Security, delivered a keynote speech at the meeting.

The conference also saw the presence of representatives of various commissions of the Party Central Committee, ministries and agencies under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

Minister To Lam briefed participants of the conference on the main contents of the two Conclusions as well as the MPS’s main tasks and approaches to effectively promote the movement  "All people protecting national security" and guarantee traffic order and safety. According to Minister Lam, the Central Party Committee of Public Security has issued Plans 127 and 138 to Party committees of all Central agencies, ministries, State-run corporation, cities and provinces to enhance the implementation of the two Conclusions.
