New Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police appointed

PSNews – Recently, the Ministry of Public Security hosted a ceremony in Hung Yen to announce decisions on personnel of the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department. Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the event.

Under the authority of the Minister of Public Security, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc announced and handed over the decision on the appointment to Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truong, who will take the post of Director of Hung Yen Provincial Police Department under the decision. 

Earlier, he served as the Vice Director of the Police Department of Management of Prison, Compulsory Re-education Center and Reformatory under the Ministry of Public Security.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc congratulated Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truong on his new appointment. He hoped that Senior Colonel Truong would heighten their sense of responsibility, promote the unit’s solidarity, maintain police discipline, and lead the local police forces to build a strong and clean unit.

The new leader was also required to coordinate closely with local authorities, agencies and branches to ensure security and order, and successfully organize the Party.

For his part, Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truong sent his sincerely thank to the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and authorities, the Ministry of Public Security, the leadership and officers of the provincial police for their thoughtfulness and support for him. He vowed to try his best to complete all given tasks.
