New Director of Logistics Department appointed

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a meeting on August 31 to announce a decision by the Minister of Public Security to appoint new Director of the Department for Logistics under the MPS.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To attended and made an address at the event.

The organizers also announced a decision by the State President on awarding the third-class Fatherland Protection Order to Director of the Logistics Department Major General Le Van Hai, who also received a retirement and rank promotion decisions at the event.

According to another decision, the Minister of Public Security also appointed Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Pham Van Son as the Director of the Logistics Department.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To applauded the achievements and contributions made by Major General Le Van Hai and expressed his belief that the newly-appointed director is worthy of the leading position at the Department of Logistics.

For his part, Senior Colonel Pham Van Son promised that he will continuously exert himself to improve his abilities, overcome all difficulties and accomplish all tasks given to him as the Director of the Logistics Department under the MPS.
