New Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police appointed

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) hosted a ceremony on October 8 in Thai Binh, to announce decisions on personnel of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Department.

Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security, chaired the event.

Senior Colonel Do Xuan Ngoc, Vice Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel under the MPS, announced the first decision signed by the Minister to appoint Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Minh, Director of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Department, to the position of Vice Director of the Police Department of Prison, Compulsory Education Center and Reformatory under the MPS. Meanwhile, under the second decision, Senior Colonel Trinh Dinh Thanh, Vice Director of the Thai Binh Police Department, will serve as the acting director of the department.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang congratulated the two police officers on their appointment, and hoped that they would do their best to fulfil all given tasks in the new positions.
