The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a meeting on August 23 to announce the decision by the Minister of Public Security on personnel appointment to the Department for Cyber ​​Security and Hi-tech Crime.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang attended and addressed the event.

According to the decision announced at the event, Senior Colonel Le Xuan Minh, former Director of the Provincial Police Department of Hoa Binh was appointed as the Vice Director of the Department for Cyber ​​Security and Hi-tech Crime under the MPS.

After handing the appointment decision to Senior Colonel Le Xuan Minh, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang congratulated Minh on his new position and requested that he should try his best to fulfil all the tasks in the new position.

For his part, Senior Colonel Le Xuan Minh thanked the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of the MPS for the assignment and promised to accomplish all tasks given to him as the Vice Director of the Department for Cyber ​​Security and Hi-tech Crime under the MPS.
