The "Youth for National Security" Camp is of great significance as it has given young officers deeper insights into the 80-year history of the Public Security Forces, awoken their national pride and motivated them to successfully fulfill their missions of safeguarding national security and ensuring social order and safety, contributing to building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Public Security Forces to meet their task requirements in the new situation.

As part of the camp's activities, delegates visited and presented gifts to local Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, provided free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts to residents, set up a computer lab and a library for a local school, awarded scholarships to students, and built compassion homes for disadvantaged households in Son Duong district.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Political Affairs Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan  wished the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and provincial-level Youth Union chapters to continue their support for the Public Security Forces, while calling on all youths to actively join common effort to maintain security and order and further promote the "All People Protecting National Security" movement.
