Over 1,500 people perform yoga in Hanoi

PSNews - In a hustle and bustle of city life, a unique yoga performance held in the midst of Hanoi on June 16 helped connect all people together in a peaceful and civilized atmosphere.
On June 16, the Indian Embassy in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee; and Bao Viet life insurance company held a yoga performance in Hanoi.

At the event, Bao Viet life insurance company presented each yogi a yoga book titled “Common Yoga Protocol”. This book provides general knowledge of Yoga and guides people how to practice basic yoga exercises, which can help people live in a healthy way, balance their emotions and have positive and smart thinking.
