People's Police College 5 supports people in flood-hit localities

PSNews - Officers and Youth Union members of the People's Police College 5 donated gifts to people in flood-hit areas, helping them overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives.

A charity mission of the Youth Union organization of People's Polive College 5, based in Thang Binh district of Quang Nam province, was dispatched to the most flood-affected areas of Quang Nam and Ha Tinh provinces.

During October 29-30, hundreds of gifts were presented by the mission to victims in the localities.

In Quang Binh, the mission directly inquired after and offered 117 gifts (each worth VND 500,000) to 117 households in Dong Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district and 2 more gifts (each worth VND 1,000,000) to two single elderly people. 

Additionally, the mission also donated VND 10 million to the Dong Hoa primary school to help them surmount the flooding consequences and gave souvenirs to leaders of Dong Hoa commune.

In Ha Tinh, 80 household received 80 gifts (each worth VND 500,000) from the mission. Moreover, one especially difficult family in Phuc Trach commune, Huong Khe district was offered VND 1,000,000.
