Addressing the ceremony, Rector of the People’s Security College I Major General Dinh Ngoc Hoa Assoc. Prof ., Dr., stated that, thanks to high sense of responsibility of the school’s teaching staff, the close coordination of the relevant public security units and local police departments and the great effort of the Cambodian police students, the training course had successfully ended with all the Cambodian students awarded graduation diplomas.

Major General Dinh Ngoc Hoa stressed, “During the course, the Cambodian students tried their best to overcome the language barrier and difficulties in daily life, and studied hard; as a result, they have now had basic professional knowledge and are ready to effectivey and flexibly apply their acquired knowledge and skills to practical work in Cambodia.”

The Rector wished that the Cambodian students would keep their beautiful memories and feelings during their time at the school and promote the bilateral cooperation between the two countries’ police forces.
