Police force successfully crack down on 2 major drug cases in Son La

PSNews- The Son La provincial Police succeeded in cracking down on 2 drug cases in Van Ho and Song Ma districts, Son La province.

The two districts are considered the most complex areas of drug-related crimes in Son La. Relevant units managed to arrest 7 suspects, seize 30 packs of heroin and 42,000 pills of synthetic drugs in the two specialized cases.

The police arrested Vang A Pao, 25 and Kha A Cai, 16, both residents of Hang Kia commune, Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh for illegally trafficking drugs, and seized 16 packs of heroin and other related exhibits on the spot.

When extending the investigation into the cases, the police force captured 2 more suspects, namely Kha A Do, 21 and Kha A Tang, 22, both living in Hang Kia commune, Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh. Relevant forces seized 14 packs of drugs and several related exhibits.

Earlier, the Police Office of Song Ma district succeeded in investigating and cracking down on a major drug case, arresting 3 suspects for trafficking and selling 42,000 pills of meth, and seized 3 motorcycles, 3 cell phones and other exhibits.

The arrestees include Song Pha Di, 54, Sung A So, 28 and Luong Van Suc, 57, all living in Pu Bau, Song Ma, Son La.

The cases still remain under investigation.
