The Ministry of Public Security held an online conference to review three years of implementing Plan 240, following Directive 12/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on strengthening prevention and combat of law violations related to "black credit", and 01 year of implementing Plan 131 on prevention and control of organized crime, transnational crime in the period 2021 – 2025, on October 13.

At the conference, delegates discussed various aspects in preventing and controlling organized crime, transnational crime and "black credit" crimes.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc acknowledged and praised the effort of police agencies and units over the past time, saying that the results of the prevention and control of organized crime, transnational crime and "black credit" had contributed to socio-economic development of localities and the country as a whole.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested the all police agencies and units to urgently overcome their shortcomings and limitations in preventing and controlling organized crime, transnational crime and "black credit", thoroughly grasp organized crime, transnational crime and "black credit" situations so as to respond to them quickly and effectively.
According to him, police agencies and units should also enhance the application of technology, data connection, international cooperation in crime prevention and control while seriously performing the report regime and completing the professional databases, contributing to efficiently preventing and controlling organized crime, transnational crime and "black credit" in the coming time.
