The “Nuôi Em” project initiated by Lieutenant Duong Hai Anh brings meals and necessities to poor children in Moc Chau.

As the Secretary of the Moc Chau District Police Youth Union chapter, Lieutenant Hai Anh creatively conducted voluntary projects to support the local community, including the “Nuôi Em” (Children's Nurture) project.

He realized that, though Moc Chau is a tourist attraction, many children in border villages of the district still do not have enough food and clothing. To support disadvantaged local children to go to school, Hai Anh mobilized his friends and relatives to aid them. He also developed a website to spread the significance of the project and called on more benefactors to join his projects to support local children.

According to Lieutenant Hai Anh, he often goes to local schools to list students from poor family and offer them some assistance.
