Practical effectiveness of ensuring security and social order in locality

Ha Nam – People’s Committee of Ha Nam organized Preliminary Meeting of 5 years implementing “3 giam, 4 giu” model and honoring organizations and individuals with outstanding contributions.

Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended the meeting. Other participants included leaders of relevant provincial public security departments.

“3 giam, 4 giu” model stands for “Reduce”: criminal, drug-related crimes and traffic accidents; “Keep safety of”: citizen, property, locality and sentiment. The model was appreciated and brought practical achievements in ensuring security and social order, contributing to socio-economic development of the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam noted and appreciated achievements by Ha Nam’s Party organizations and people.

Success of the model is demonstrated in the close and effective coordination among local branches and agencies, active participation of the people in the movement of “All People Protect National Security”.
