Prime Minister praises man who bravely saves 3-year-old girl

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on March 1 sends a letter praising Nguyen Ngoc Manh, a resident of Vinh Thanh village, Vinh Ngoc Commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi, for his bravery action.

In his letter, the Prime Minister writes that Manh had a brave and smart action when he climbed up onto eaves to save a three-year-old baby (born in 2018) falling from the 12th floor of a 16-story building in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Prime Minister asked the Municipal People’s Committee of Hanoi and relevant agencies to promptly honor Manh and spread his good deeds in the community. 

Earlier on the same day, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue sent a letter of honor and Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh decided to praise and award Manh for his brave action. 

In his letter, the Secretary of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee hails Manh’s bravery, and hopes that Manh will continue to uphold his sense of courage and social responsibility, and do more good activities for the community, contributing to building a peaceful, friendly, prosperous and civilized life in the capital city. 

Chairman of Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee also presented a certificate of merit to Manh.
