He also said that, press is considered one of core forces, effectively and actively supporting the Party, the State and the Government in information and education. “This mission is so honorable but challenging”, he stated.
Press agencies of the Public Security force and the Vietnam’s People Army should hold more meetings and seminars to exchange journalism experience to enhance the quality of their information and dissemination, in line with the communication tasks of press agencies.
Delegates agreed with General Mien’s opinion, saying that large press agencies should promote professional exchanges and conduct joint activities in the time ahead, contributing to give true information to people in a timely and effective manner and strengthen the proper ideology among the people.
Additionally, Major General Mai Van Ha suggested enhancing information about the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s six teachings to the Public Security forces (March, 11, 1948-2018).
