PSNews – Officers and students of the People’s Security Academy (PSA) donated warm coats to poor students in Ta Ngai Cho, Muong Khuong district, Lao Cai.

This has been part of the program “Ao am mua dong” 2018 (Warm coats 2018), organized by the Youth Union chapter, Women’s Union chapter and Trade Union chapter of the PSA in coordination with the Youth Union chapter of the Lao Cai Provincial Police.

Ta Ngai Cho is a commune sharing 7.5 km of border with China. All residents of the commune are of the Hmong ethnic group and live with various difficulties.

The charitable delegation of the PSA donated and presented 250 blankets, 250 pairs of boots and 500 pairs of socks, 250 warm coats and 20 scholarships to poor students with outstanding academic performance at the secondary school of the commune. In addition, the team also presented 10 gifts to policy households in the commune.

Additionally, the charitable delegation of the PSA also donated various gifts to the police team of the commune.
