The conference summarizes the 5 years of implementing the emulation movement "Women of the People's Public Security Forces learn and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh while being proactive, responsible, disciplined and creative in protecting national security, building a sustainably happy family” in the period of 2017-2021.

At the Conference, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To and Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union awarded the Certificate of Merit to 87 collectives and 55 individuals who excelled in the implementation of the emulation movement in the 2017-2021 period.

After that, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work, launched the emulation movement for the 2022-2026 period with the theme "Women of the Public Security Forces striving to be brave, humane, disciplined, responsible in protecting national security and building a happy family".

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To highly praised the results and achievements of the public security female officers in the past 5 years.

He also thanked the support of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union and relevant agencies in the construction of the People's Public Security Forces in general, the movement of the public security female officers in particular.
