 Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To asked leaders of agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security to thoroughly grasp and execute regulations issued by the Party Central Committee, as well as direct their subordinates to implement them.

Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, on October 15 chaired a virtual conference to study Regulation No. 24-QD/TW issued on July 30, 2021 by the Party Central Committee as well as Instruction No. 01-HD/TW issued on September 28, 2021 by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on the guidance toward the implementation of the Party Charter.

The event, which saw the participation of Mr. Le Hai Binh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, also aimed to update senior officers at the Ministry of Public Security on the results of the recent fourth meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To briefed the delegates on the results of the fourth plenum of 13th Party Central Committee, stressing that the event was a success.

According to him, the fourth meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee discussed a number of issues, including the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2021; the plan for socio-economic development program in 2022; the 2021State budget situation  and estimate of the 2022 State budget; plan to delay the implementation of the salary reform program under Resolution No 27-NQ/TW issued by the 7th meeting of the 12th Central Committee; report on the results of COVID-19 prevention and control.

He also briefed the delegates on the reports at the fourth plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee regarding the results of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic in the past time; the five-year implementation of Resolution No 04-NQ/TW, issued on October 30, 2016, by the 12th Central Committee on enhancing Party building and rectification; preventing and holding back degradation in political thought, morality and lifestyle, manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” among Party members.

For his part, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work under the Ministry of Public Security briefed the delegates on the Regulation No. 24-QD/TW, issued on July 30, 2021 by the Party Central Committee; Instructions No. 01-HD/TW, issued on September 28, 2021 by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter.

Speaking in conclusion, on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To asked the leaders of all agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement regulations issued by the Party Central Committee as well as to lead their subordinates to do so.
