The newspaper’s delegation was welcomed by Director of the Ha Tinh Provincial Police Department Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, Vice Director Senior Colonel Pham Thanh Phuong, and leaders of various relevant units under the provincial police department.
The two sides’ coordination in communication has been strengthened and achieved practical results over the past time. Accordingly, the newspaper frequently had coverage on the security and order situation in the province as well as the effort and achievements of the police forces in Ha Tinh.
Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, on behalf of the provincial police department’s leadership, thanked the Public Security Newspaper for its close and effective cooperation in communication over the past time, and hoped that the coordination between the two agencies would be enhanced in the time to come.
The leadership of Ha Tinh police forces also congratulated Editor-in-Chief Pham Khai for being promoted to Major General.
Major General Pham Khai, for his part, hoped that the provincial police forces would continue its collaboration with the newspaper in giving information about local police’s activities, and pledged that the newspaper would further coordinate with the provincial police to bring full information about the local security situation as well as achievements and feats of arms of local police forces.
