Director of the academy Major General Phan Xuan Tuy Assoc. Prof., Dr., briefed the deputy minister and other delegates on every working aspect of the school in the past time.
He highlighted that as the academy always attaches much importance to education of politics, revolutionary traditions, sense of responsibility for work, study and training, professional ethics for students.
In the 2021-22 academic year, the academy provided various training courses for nearly 3,000 students, and a majority of the students finished the school year at good and excellent grades.
The academy also composed 32 course books, 15 teaching material documents, 144 special subjects for training, 20 reference documents in the previous school year.
Additionally, the academy actively coordinated with public security agencies and units to conduct various scientific research projects, drew lessons from practical operations, held scientific symposiums and proposed strategic solutions for national security protection and public order and safety maintenance as well as approaches to build the Public Security Forces to the MPS leadership.
Making remarks at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To highlighted major tasks that the academy should complete in the time to come, saying that the academy should continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning, particularly political education for public security officers.
He suggested, the academy should complete its organization, coordinate with specializing agencies to invest in facilities, mobilize its staff and experts inside and outside the Public Security Forces to renovate its training program, and enhance scientific research.
