Public Security Youths urged to be more creative and responsible at work

PSNews – The Youth Union chapter of the Public Security Ministry held a conference to review its task performance and youth movement in 2016 and deploy tasks for 2017, on January 11th, in Hanoi. 

Major Dong Duc Vu, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union chapter of the Public Security Ministry briefed results of its 2016 task implementation, saying that youth organizations of public security at all levels actively participated in many meaningful movements, promoting talents of the youth in building and protecting the Fatherland.

6 key tasks and 6 basic criteria in the Youth Union's program in 2016 were basically fulfilled; the position and reputation of the Youth Union chapter of Public Security Ministry were increasingly enhanced.

On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Public Security Ministry, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh recognized and praised all achievements of the Youth Union in 2016 and congratulated excellent organizations and individuals.

He underlined that youths of public security should understand and deploy 7 core contents mentioned at the 72 National Public Security Conference.

In 2017, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh instructed the Youth Union chapter of the Public Security Ministry to promote its voluntary and vanguard role in all areas and activities; conduct more scientific research projects to contribute to developing the Public Security Forces.

The Youth Union chapter should support its members in improving their political stance and professional knowledge, including laws, foreign languages and technology; boost the “Youth’s Creativity” movement and support creative ideas of members, to better serve the implementation of the political tasks of the Public Security Forces.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh affirmed that the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Public Security Ministry highly appreciated the role of the public security youth in ensuring national security, social order and safety.

In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh asked leaders of public security units to create good conditions for youth organizations to promote their roles, perform their responsibilities and develop their careers.
