Quang Nam police stands side by side with people in difficulties

PSNews-The police force of Quang Nam province helped locals in Duy Vinh commune in repairing broken road sections due to the recent flooding, leaving a good impression on people.

As a result of the recent flooding, the road connecting Dong Binh and Ha My villages, Duy Vinh communes, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province suffered serious road slide, completely isolating 360 households, with 1,500 residents from other localities, and causing many difficulties to local people and students moving.

The authorities of Duy Vinh commune had mobilized various forces to overcome the road slides but the amount of landslide was too much for the local forces to clear.

Against this backdrop, the Duy Xuyen District Police and other forces were mobilized to repair the road.

The Dong Binh – Ha My road is 300 m in length and 9 m in width.

Since it was completed in 2014, local residents planted bamboos and reeds along the road to protect soil from erosion.

Additionally, the authorities of Duy Xuyen district also supported to concretize and embanked the road. But recent heavy rains and floods heavily broke the road.
