Quang Ninh Police and Department of Foreign Affairs promote cooperation

PSNews – The Provincial Police Department of Quang Ninh and the Department of Foreign Relations of the Ministry Public Security (MPS) sign an agreement on cooperation in foreign affairs, international cooperation and human rights.

The two sides have maintained good coordination and supported each other in carrying out tasks of foreign relations, international cooperation and human rights.

The two sides agreed to develop their coordination regulations to actively exchange information, and support each other in the implementation of policies, programs and plans on foreign relations and international cooperation, protection of human rights, as well as to strengthen coordination to effectively implement the tasks in the new situation.

Senior Colonel Do Van Luc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department and Major General Truong Van Thong, Director of the Department of Foreign Relations emphasized that the signing of the coordination regulations between the two sides would contribute to protecting security and social order and safety, and facilitating socio-economic development of Quang Ninh in particular and Vietnam in general.

They also urged the two units to seriously implement the coordination regulations and working plans of each unit to promote effectiveness of coordination, meeting all requirements of international integration and development of the province and the country.

Additionally, the two units will organize regular meetings to review the implementation of the coordination regulations, identify and solve all shortcomings and problems.
