PSNews-According to the Department of Food Hygiene and Safety under the Ministry of Health, the Central Inter-Agency Steering Committee for Food Safety and Hygiene has announced a plan to inspect food safety and hygiene for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Accordingly, 6 interdisciplinary working teams will be established to conduct inspections in 12 provinces and cities, namely Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, from September 11 to 30.
The interdisciplinary teams will focus on checking the whole process of production, transportation, distribution and retail of food and foodstuffs.
