Tay Ninh police hold 10th Party Congress

Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a speech at the 10th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term of the Tay Ninh provincial police Party organization on July 25.

According to a report delivered by Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Trai, Director of the Provincial Police Department, the provincial police Party organization implemented successfully the resolutions of the 9th Congress in the term of 2015 - 2020, advised the local Party committees and authorities to issue many important guidelines and solutions on ensuring local security and social order.

Under the leadership of the provincial police Party organization, the provincial police have taken various measures to fight crimes, especially drug-related crimes, gambling, black credit, usury and illegal debt collection, economic crime, smuggling and environmental crime. They also completed the project to post professional policemen to communes.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi hailed the efforts and achievements made by the provincial police Party organization over the past 5 years, and praised the Standing Committee of the Party organization for seriously implementing the directions of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the MPS leadership.

Regarding its future missions, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi asked the provincial police Party organization to lead the local police forces to maintain local security and order, implement effectively all resolutions, and launch campaigns to suppress crimes and social evils.

It should also pay more attention to building a strong and clean Party organization.
