PSNews - From early afternoon of February 11 (i.e. the 7th day of the Lunar New Year), thousands of people flocked to the Vieng Market in Nam Dinh Province to join the once-in-a-year fair.
This year’s Vieng Market officially opened on the midnight of February 11 (i.e. the 7th day of the Lunar New Year) in Kim Thai Commune, Vu Ban District, Nam Dinh Province.
