Training course on crime prevention opens for 12 Central - Central Highlands provinces

PSNews - The program focuses on the role and responsibility of leaders of local Party committees, authorities, organizations, as well as power of the masses.

The General Department of Police under the Ministry of Public Security kicked off a training course on the toward 2020 crime prevention program for 12 Central - Central Highlands provinces.

During the training course, Major General Nguyen Phong Hoa - Deputy Director of the General Department of Police gave lectures on the main contents, requirements, targets and basic solutions of the national crime prevention program toward 2020.

The program focuses on the role and responsibility of leaders of local Party committees, authorities, organizations, as well as power of the masses.

In addition, participants discussed the past situations of crimes and social evils in the country in general and in the Central - Central Highlands region in particular.

Delegates also analyzed advantages and disadvantages in preventing and fighting crimes, so that Steering Committee 138 could work out measures to effectively prevent and control crimes, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order and building sustainable growth in the region.
