University of Logistics Techniques of Public Security: New academic year

BAC NINH - University of Logistics Techniques of Public Security (ULTPS) held a conference to implement tasks, duties for a new academic year 2016 - 2017 and honor typical collectives and individuals in the last academic year.

The conference saw the participation of Major General, Prof. Do Ngoc Can, Deputy General Director of General Political Department; Colonel Dr. Nguyen Dang Sau, Deputy General Director of Training Department and representatives of Training Department and Advisory Department. 

As reported, ULTPS has striven to successfully completed the set-out missions period 2015 - 2016. Typical individuals and collectives of ULTPS were received many certificates, medal and the Ministry of Public Security awarded an Emulation Flag to ULTPS as outstanding unit. 

Speaking at the conference, Major General Do Ngoc Can highly appreciated the fruitful outcomes of ULTPS in educational activities as well as in national and ministerial contests, praising its spiritual efforts in completing training programs, especially its policies to attract high-quality officers and teachers.

He also asked ULTPS to promote and improve the quality and effectiveness in education and training activities based on the past achievements while actively renovating the management, the mechanisms and the educational policies. 

Major General Dr. Nguyen Dang Tien - Rector of ULTPS congratulated officers and soldiers for their achievements. He stated that in this new academic year 2016 - 2017, ULTPS will exert all-out efforts to reach the fixed target.
