Vietnam – Laos Police Sport Tournament mark deployment of Vietnamese volunteer policemen to Laos

The People’s Security Academy held an opening ceremony for a refresher course for leaders of all under-ministeral departments and provincial-level police departments and other equivalent units under the Ministry of Public Security on the afternoon of May 19 in Hanoi.
