During the talks, the two sides agreed to conduct regular exchanges of delegations at all levels to share information and hands-on experiences in responding to both traditional and non-traditional security challenges.

Amid the increasingly complex developments of criminal activities with more sophisticated and dangerous methods, the two sides concurred on the need to establish an annual, rotating ministerial-level dialogue mechanism between the ministries to deepen friendship and strengthen cooperation in addressing emerging security challenges in the new situation.
