The event saw the presence of Senior Colonel Le Van Hoa, Vice Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department, and leaders of the Police Station of Minh Hoa and Bo Trach districts (Quang Binh, Vietnam) and Lao counterparts.

The Provincial Police Department of Quang Binh has completed the construction of the working offices for Lao police forces in the border areas of Laos earlier than other Vietnamese provincial police departments that are implementing similar projects.

Senior Colonel Le Van Hoa said the provincial police had built all the office buildings for 2 months and handed over them to the Lao counterparts.

The Vietnamese police’s support for their Lao counterparts in building the police headquarters in Khammouane bordering Quang Binh province is of great importance, demonstrating the special relationship between the two countries in general and between the two ministries of public security in particular as well as between the two provincial police departments.
