The YAMBAMBI-MBINGAZO ST CHARLES charity facility is currently home to 50 orphans who are raised and educated through the support of donor organizations. Although the infrastructure remains limited, the children are provided with food, shelter, and the opportunity to attend school. Ms. Clotilde, the head of the facility, shared their current situation and expressed her profound gratitude to Deputy Minister Pham The Tung and the delegation for bringing meaningful gifts that help provide better care and educational support for the children.

Deeply empathizing with the difficulties and disadvantages faced by the orphans, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung and the delegation members sent their love along with gifts including school supplies, essential items, and financial support, hoping the children will have a more comfortable life and the motivation to strive for a brighter future.

During the charity event, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung extended his sincere and deep thanks to the UN Women Network at the MINUSCA mission. He noted that it was through their enthusiastic connection and coordination that the delegation had the precious opportunity to visit and support the children.

“We are members of the Vietnam People's Public Security force, visiting your country in the spirit of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation,” shared Deputy Minister Pham The Tung. He added that through their time at the facility, the delegation gained a clearer understanding of the hardships and disadvantages the children face.

However, the Deputy Minister advised the children that they must forge a strong will and courage especially during difficult circumstances. Regardless of their starting point, they have every right to aim for a bright future if they cherish education.

This is a deeply meaningful activity rooted in the fine traditions of the Vietnamese people—the spirit of sharing, care, and responsibility toward the international community. The gestures of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security delegation represent not only material value but also a great spiritual boost, providing the children with further motivation in life while spreading human kindness, faith, and hope in society.
