At the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung expressed his delight at the positive developments in Vietnam - Angola relations across various areas, including politics, diplomacy, economy, trade, people-to-people exchanges and law enforcement cooperation.

He highlighted that President Luong Cuong’s first visit to Angola coincided with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam–Angola diplomatic relations (November 12, 1975 – 2025) and represented a valuable opportunity to strengthen political trust and further deepen the traditional friendship between the two countries.
