The Youth Union chapter of the Quang Nam Police Department in coordination with a branch of Petrol Company Region 5 located in Quang Nam province on November 3 organized a charity program themed “Help poor students go to school”.

The delegation awards scholarships to students at Ly Thuong Kiet Primary and Secondary School.

At Ly Thuong Kiet Primary and Secondary School (in Hiep Hoa commune, Hiep Duc district of Quang Nam), the charity delegation gave each of 10 poor students with good school records a school bags and scholarship worth VND 1 million.

The delegation then presented another 10 scholarships, each worth VND 2 million, to disadvantaged students with good school records at Hiep Duc High School (in Tan Binh Town, Hiep Duc district).

This is an annual social activity carried out the Quang Nam Provincial Police Youth Union chapter in coordination with benefactors with the aim of  encouraging and supporting needy students with excellent school performances in Quang Nam province.
