BacKan Provincial Police summarizes movement of all people protecting national security

PSNews – The Bac Kan Provincial Police organized a conference to review the movement of all people protecting national security in 2017; and summarize the 5 years of implementation of Circular No. 23/2012/ TT-BCA.

The conference was attended by Mr. Ly Thai Hai, Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Provincial  Steering Committee 138; Major General Ma Van La, Director of the Bac Kan Provincial Police, Vice Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 138.

According to a report presented by Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Vice Director of the Provincial Police, the movement building, dissemination and mass mobilization to encourage people to participate in the protection of national security and social order and safety have been expanded to every village, street, agency, business and school, contributing to unify the strength of the whole political system.

After 5 years implementing Circular No.23, province’s localities have seen positive changes with the emergence of many brave and good citizens and effective models of security at the local level.

Major General Ma Van La stressed that the complicated the situations in the region and the world in 2018 would impact the protection of political security and social order and safety of Vietnam in general and Bac Kan in particular.

The organizers of the conference also honoured and presented the Flags of Emulation and Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People’s Committee and the Provincial Police to various teams and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement and implementation of the circular.
