CAND/Public Security Newspaper supports housing for policemen in Quang Binh

PSNews- Representatives of the Public Security Newspaper (Cong An Nhan Dan Newspaper) and Trung Nam Group  on November 27th granted money to support the building of homes for 2 officer and soldier of the Quang Binh Provincial Police.

The activity was part of the program “70 homes of gratitude” launched by the Public Security Newspaper in celebration of its 70th founding anniversary.

The working team has presented 50 million VND to Sergeant Major Ho Van Duan, Bach Dan village, Lam Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh. 

Officer Duan, who currently working at the Quang Ninh District Police, Quang Binh, is in a special difficult state. His family lives in a shanty bamboo-made house. His wife is jobless while they also have to take care of their mom and kids.

The working team has also handed 50 million VND to Lieutenant Cao Xuan Gia, currently working in the Minh Hoa District Police. Without their own home,  officer Gia’s family have to rent a room to shelter. The timely support of the CAND Newspaper and Trung Nam Group has help Gia to have his own home and settle down his life, soon.

The working team also came to Ha Tinh and offered 100 million VND to 2 comrades who are Senior Lieutenant Tran Quoc Lap, lives in Thach Ha commune, Ha Tinh city, working at Office PV28, the Ha Tinh Police and Lieutenant Nguyen Duc Hao, living in Thanh Chau  commune, Thach Ha district, working at the Loc Ha District Police.

Officers Lap and Hao are both breadwinners of their families. They also have to support their old parents, jobless wives and small children. Although living in an adverse condition, Lap and Hao have always fulfilled their tasks succeffully.

So far, the CAND Newspaper has completed 100 gratitude houses within the framework of its social charity program "70 years of Public Security Newspaper (Cong An Nhan Dan Newspaper) - 70 houses of gratitude," supporting needy police officers.
