Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung presents Tet gifts to policy beneficiary families in Tuyen Quang

A delegation from the Ministry of Public Security, led by Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and disadvantaged households in Minh Thanh and Tan Trao communes of Tuyen Quang province.

On the occasion of the New Year 2026 and in celebration of the Spring of the Year of the Horse, on February 6, a delegation from the Ministry of Public Security, led by Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, held an incense-offering ceremony in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh and the fallen heroes of the People’s Public Security Forces at the Central Public Security Historical Site in Dong Don Hamlet, Minh Thanh Commune, Tuyen Quang Province.

Joining the working delegation were leaders of functional departments of the Ministry of Public Security. Representing Tuyen Quang Province were Mr. Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with leaders of the Provincial Public Security, representatives of professional units, and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

Before the sacred spirits of President Ho Chi Minh and the fallen heroes of the People’s Public Security Forces, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and the delegation expressed their profound gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh—the founder, builder, educator, and trainer of the heroic Vietnamese People’s Public Security Forces—and respectfully commemorated and paid tribute to the martyrs, compatriots, and comrades who bravely fought and sacrificed their lives for national independence and freedom, as well as for the peace and happiness of the people.

On this occasion, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and the delegation also visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and disadvantaged households in Minh Thanh and Tan Trao communes.

On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung warmly extended New Year greetings to the leaders and people of Tuyen Quang Province.

He emphasized that in recent years, the Party and the State have consistently upheld the principle of placing people at the center of development, continuously improving their material and spiritual living standards, and paying special attention to policy beneficiary families, people with meritorious services, poor households, and those in difficult circumstances.
