Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To attends year-end conference of Ninh Binh provincial police

PSNews - The Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department recently held a conference to summarize the local police’s work in 2023 and roll out their work program for 2024.

In the beginning of 2023, based on resolutions of the Public Security Central Party Committee and instructions of the Minister of Public Security as well as directions of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Ninh Binh province on ensuring security and order and building the local police force, the Party Committee and Directorate of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department drew up an overall work program for the local police forces to implement their tasks.

As a result, the local police succeeded in maintaining order and security as well as safeguarding national- and provincial- level events held in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To asked the local police to focus on thoroughly grasp the security situation in the province, take synchronous professional measures to prevent all kinds of crime, and resolutely attack criminals, preserving peace and happiness for the people.

At the conference, Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Dang Trong Cuong launched the “For National Security” 2024 emulation movement as well as mobilize the local police forces to join a movement themed "Building a really clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Ninh Binh police force,” contributing to fostering the stability and development of Ninh Binh province and maintaining a peaceful and happy life for the people.

He also underlined seven task groups and three solutions to create breakthroughs at work and reach all objectives set for 2024.
