Dialogue on administrative procedures for immigration held in Hanoi

PSNews - The Immigration Department held a dialogue on administrative procedures and the handling of administrative procedures for agencies, organizations and people, on November 4, in Hanoi. Director of the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security, Major General Pham Dang Khoa chaired the dialogue.

The dialogue on administrative procedures and handling of administrative procedures is a regular meeting held by the Department of Public Security in which the authority of the department and representatives from other agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security involved in handling administrative procedures for immigration.

As an agency mainly responsible for handling administrative procedures, the Immigration Department always seeks ways to improve the quality of their services for organizations and people, and take people's satisfaction as a measure of its task fulfillment.

Each officer of the department strives to do their jobs, contributing to building a professional and friendly immigration force.

At the meeting, delegates listened to a report on the immigration situation and work results of the force over the past time.

The report read that the immigration force has made public all administrative procedures for immigration and handled administrative procedures in an open and transparent manner, creating favorable conditions for agencies, organizations and individuals to do administrative procedures related to immigration and residence.

Meanwhile, the Immigration Department has successfully launched level-4 online administrative services, including the online provision of ordinary passports without electronic chips for citizens at home.
