Accordingly, the draft law on forces participating in security protection at grassroots levels has been added to the agenda for the 5th sitting, and is expected to be approved at the 6th sitting (in October 2023).
The NA resolution to the 2023 Law and Ordinance Development Program reads as follows:
the draft law on forces participating in security protection at grassroots levels is submiited to the NA for comments at the 5th NA sitting in May 2023, and planned to be approved at the 6th NA sitting in October 2023.
Meanwhile, the draft law on defense and security industry and industrial mobilization; the draft road law; the draft law on road traffic order and safety; the amended Capital Law; the amended Law on Organization of People's Courts; the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction will be submited to the NA at the 6th NA sitting while the Ordinance on Procedure Costs will be discussed by the National Assembly Standing Committee.
According to the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program, the 7th NA sitting in May 2024 will comment on 9 draft laws and the resolution on the ameded Law on Social Insurance, the amended Law on Archives, the draft Law on Defense, Security Industry and Industrial Mobilization, the draft Road Law; the draft Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, the amended Capital Law; the amended Law on Organization of People's Courts; the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Guards; the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction.
