Emulation Grouping 1 reviews force building work

PSNews - In the first 9 months of 2017, the Party Committeesand leaders of public security units of the Emulation Grouping 1 have effectively implemented the force building programme. 

The Emulation Grouping 1 of the General Department of Politics under the Ministry of Public Security organized a regular meeting on September 11 to review the force building work in the first 9 months of 2017.

In the first 9 months of 2017, the Party Committees and leaders of public security units of the Emulation Grouping 1 have effectively implemented the force building programme.

Accordingly, the whole emulation grouping actively implemented Directive 02/CT-BCA of the Minister of Public Security on renovating and raising the effectiveness of ideological and political work in the public security forces in period 2016-2020; continuously deployed Directive 05-CT-TW of the Politburo on studying and following the thought, morals and style of President Ho Chi Minh.

Public security units of the Emulation Grouping 1 closely followed their political tasks as well as the directions on information dissemination of the Public Security Ministry and the provincial-level Party commissions of education and communications to promptly and fully disseminate all guidelines, policies of the Party, laws of the State,during important national and local-level events.

Addressing the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh asked Party committees and leaders of units of the Emulation Grouping 1 to continuously pay due attention to and well perform political and ideological education for officers and soldiers, contributing to building a clear, elite and brave public security force.

They should also give good advice to the Central Party Committee of Public Security regarding force building work, in line with the basic tasks and solutions outlined in Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Party Committee and Directive No.05 of Politburo.

At the same time, the units should pay attention to personnel and organization work by exactly assessing results of officers’ task performances through self-criticism and criticism in an open, transparent and democratic manner while preventing negative phenomena.
