PSNews - The member units of Emulation Grouping 4 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on March 11 held a ceremony in Ninh Binh Province to sign the mutual emulation agreement "For National Security" in 2019.

The Emulation Grouping 4 includes the Police Departments of Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc and Hai Duong provinces.

At the ceremony, the Emulation Grouping 4 has agreed on all contents of the emulation agreement, which closely follow the theme "Completing legal frameworks, strengthening grassroots level units” and the motto "Active, Exemplary, Disciplined, Responsible and Efficient."

Accordingly, all member units of the Emulation Grouping 4 agreed to continue renovating the emulation's forms and measures in accordance to the situation and tasks of each unit. They will strictly implement the guidance of the Party, the State and the MPS as well as the local leadership on ensuring security and order.

They will promote and replicate good deeds and models in the "For National Security" movement, while enhancing exchange of experience in promoting the movement, creating motivation for police officers and soldiers to successfully implement the assigned tasks in 2019.

To meet this end, the member units should actively grasp the situation and advise the local authorities at all levels to effectively implement the guidelines, policies, laws, directives and resolutions of the Party, the State, the Ministries and branches; mobilize the comprehensive strength of the entire political system and the entire community to protect national security; and effectively launch campaigns against crimes.

At the same time, they should strengthen residency management and management of local businesses, take comprehensive and resolute measures and solutions to reduce traffic accidents and prevent fire and explosion in their localities.
