Emulation Grouping 6 signs emulation agreement

PSNews – The member units of Emulation Grouping 6 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on February 28 held a ceremony in Hanoi to sign a mutual emulation agreement and launch the emulation movement “For National Security” in 2019. 

Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative, Judicial Reforms chaired the event.

The Emulation Grouping 6 includes the Office of Ministry of Public Security; the Department for Foreign Affairs; the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative, Judicial Reforms; the Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security; the Department for "All people protecting national security" Movement; and the Department of Police Records Management.

The contents of the emulation agreement closely follow the theme “Completing legal affairs, strengthening grassroots level units” and the motto "Active, Exemplary, Disciplined, Responsible and Efficient" of the emulation movement “For National Security” launched by the Ministry of Public Security in 2019, along with the Resolutions of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Directive of the Ministry on the tasks of the Public Security Forces in 2019.

At the event, representatives of all member units of the Emulation Grouping 6 signed the mutual emulation agreement in 2019 focusing on further enhancing Party and force building, tightening the public security regulations and discipline while continuously realizing the “exemplary and vanguard” policy of the Public Security Forces in implementing the 4th Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

The emulation grouping also agreed to complete the legal framework on protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety while enhancing the quality and efficiency of the staff work, international cooperation, legal affairs and administrative, judicial reforms, strategic research and forecast, the movement of “All people protecting National Security”, and the work of police records management.

Besides, the member units should associate emulation movements with the movement "Building on People’s Public Security Officers’ Qualities of Bravery and Humanity and Dedication to the people’s service.”
