Emulation Grouping 7 signs mutual emulation agreement

PSNews – The member units of Emulation Grouping 7 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on March 20 held a ceremony in Hanoi to sign a mutual emulation agreement and launch the emulation movement “For National Security” in 2019. 

Lieutenant General Do Van Hoanh, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Public Security, Head of Emulation Grouping 7 chaired the event.

Emulation Grouping 7 includes the Department of Organization and Personnel; the Department of Education and Training; the Department of Party and Political Work; the Department for Information and Communications; the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security, and the Inspection Committee of the Public Security Central Party Committee.

Through discussion, the units agreed to adopt a plan on implementing and launching the emulation movement "For National Security" in 2019 and signed the mutual agreement to emulate each other at work in 2019.

The agreement focuses on further implementing the Resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress, the Resolutions of the 6th Public Security Central Party Congress term 2015-2020, the 4th Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, along with the guidelines and policies of the Party, laws of the State relating to the functions and tasks of the member units.

The emulation grouping also agreed that all member units strive to further reorganize their structure for more efficiency and effectiveness while improving the comprehensive leadership and combat capacity of Party organizations.

Besides, the member units are committed to tightening discipline, order and public security regulations, further innovating methods of leadership and promoting and replicating good models and good deeds.

Moreover, the grouping should improve the quality and effectiveness of the personnel and organization work, training, Party and political work, inspection and supervision work so as to best recommend the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to direct all public agencies and units to firmly protect national security, successfully maintain social order and safety, and build strong and clean Public Security Forces.
