Hai Duong Provincial Police deploys new working plan for 2018

PSNews – The Hai Duong Provincial Police on January 24 organized a conference to review its task performance and implementation of the movement “All people protecting national security” in 2017, deploy its new working plan for 2018.

The conference was attended by Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Hai Duong.

The provincial police actively and efficiently advised the local authorities on issuing various directives and resolutions related to security and order; took initiative in implementing a number of programs and plans to ensure local security and order and prevent unexpected happenings.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien was authorized by the State President to present a “Fatherland Protection” Order of third class to the provincial police; Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh honored 3 units under the provincial police with “Emulation” Flags and various individuals with the title “Excellent Emulation Soldier” for their achievements in 2017, at the event.

Speaking at the conference, the Deputy Minister praised the achievements gained by the officers and soldiers of the Hai Duong police force in 2017. He also asked the provincial police to strictly follow and implement all resolutions of the Party Committees of higher levels related to security and order. The deputy minister also urged the provincial police to attach great importance to Party building and force building and promote efficiency of its state management function of social order and safety.

Deputy Minister Thanh asked the provincial police to make great efforts to ensure security and order during the upcoming festive seasons, especially the traditional Tet.
