Hanoi Emulation Grouping 11 summarizes the emulation movement

PSNews- Emulation grouping 11 held a meeting on November 14th to summarize the implement of the 2016 emulation movement, launch a new emulation movement, and sign the emulation covenant for 2017.

The conference reported that in 2016, emulation grouping 11 includes 6 units: the Hanoi Fire Police, the Hanoi People's Court, the Hanoi Municipal Police, the Hanoi Capital Military High Command, the Hanoi Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, the Hanoi People's Procuracy has successfully completed the political tasks entrusted by the involved ministries and the city. 

The group strictly implemented the contents andt argets of the movement, focusing on their core annual tasks, provided good advice to the ministries and Hanoi People's Committee in issuing directions and instructions to the city’s municipal agencies and units, People's Committees of districts and towns.

Thanks to the renovated organization and operation of the emulation movement closely in line with the functions, requirements and tasks of each unit; officers and soldiers of police and military units as well as officials and workers at city’s agencies actively participated in the movement’s activities and strived to realize the set objectives.

In 2016, the units within emulation grouping 11 actively responded to the campaign ''Year of urban order and civilization"launched by the Hanoi People's Committee as well as raised funds for needy officers and soldiers and inquired after those injured on duty.

During the year, several short-term peak emulation periods, in accordance to each unit or agency were also organized.

At the conference, representatives of the units in emulation grouping 11 discussed and agreed on measures and solutions to better perform the emulation movement 2017, contributing to maintaining political stability and ensuring social order and safety in Hanoi.
