A cold spell resulting in temperatures dropping and drizzly conditions in Hanoi has prompted residents of the capital to don an extra layer of clothing as a way of keeping them warm from cold.

With the temperature dropping to between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius, local people have to dig deep into their wardrobes in order to find suitable warm clothing before heading outside.
